Seaside Town is the fourth town, featuring a variety of different stores once Yaridovich is defeated. It is reached from Star Hill and connects to the Sea and Land's End.
Among the stores located here, there's a bank where you can buy, deposit, and withdraw Gold Bars. This is useful for storing Coins beyond the limit of 9999.
This also has Beetles Are Us, where a Beetle Box can be purchased to do the beetle version of the Booster Hill Minigame.
