Mario's Pad is located just east of Bowser's Keep and Vista Hill and just west of Mushroom Way and Mushroom Kingdom.
This is where Luigi and his quests can be found after Smithy is defeated.
You can also occasionally get free items from Yoshi and store/retrieve the Battle Mania by talking to the Toad that hangs out here.
