Frogfucius provides insight and direction for the player on what they should currently be doing. After Smithy is defeated, Frogfucius directs the player to where the various Pokemon and Superbosses are.
General Direction[]
Prior to Smithy, Frogfucius's clues are largely the same as vanilla, directing the player to do whatever's next in the main story. The notable exception to this is the Sunken Ship Puzzle clue, which is given during the Sunken Ship in addition to whenever the Shaman in the Sunken Ship is talked to without entering any passwords.
Once Smithy is defeated, he offers three options: "Now what?", "Pokemon", and "Superbosses". "Now what?" gives a high level explanation of what sort of Superbosses the player should currently be fighting, as well as noting Luigi if he still has any quests left. These directions are recommended to be done in order, with the order between Luigi, Pokemon, and Superbosses being left up to the player.
Now what?[]

Once the Jade Orb and Pixie Orb have been acquired or all four tier 1 Superbosses have been defeated, the hint will change to simply direct the player to keep catching Pokemon and defeating Superbosses.
Once all the Pokemon are caught or all the Superbosses are defeated, the hint will change to direct the player to complete the other.
Once all the Pokemon are caught and all the Superbosses are defeated, the final hint will be given, talking about all the God Bosses:

Pokemon[]
There are two main lines for the Pokemon: May and Dawn. Each trainer must be talked to to begin the quest and to continue it in certain cases. Additionally, Celebi is mentioned after both quest lines have been completed.
Once all the Pokemon have been caught, Frogfucius will instead mention the May and Dawn trainer battles, as well as the battle with Pokemon trainer Red.

Superbosses[]
The Superbosses are divided into three tiers. Each tier is unlocked once all Superbosses of the previous tier have been defeated.
Once all the Superbosses have been defeated, Frogfucius will instead mention the Final Fantasy Boss Rush, although it is recommended to save that for after the May and Dawn trainer battles.
