Once Smithy is defeated, the player can encounter Celebi as a dream in the inn in Nimbus Land. Once this dream occurs, Celebi can be fought and captured with a Pokeball by engaging with the hidden monster in the 4-way maze in the Forest Maze. Celebi sometimes replaces the hidden monster that's normally there.
